Where
will Vieux Crescente Resort and Marina be located?

Back Bay, offering views of the Bay and the Gulf.
What is the Back
Bay?
Biloxi’s Back Bay is a large inlet that extends from the mouths
of the Tchoutacabouffa and Biloxi Rivers and empties into the Gulf
of Mexico. It is connected to other parts of the Biloxi area via
bridges and is relatively shallow, except for a shipping channel
to accommodate larger vessels. The Back Bay is home to numerous
islands of sea grass, which forms an unspoiled habitat for marsh
birds, fish, crab, shrimp and nutria. To locals, the Back Bay is
best known for its tranquil waters, wildlife and sunsets.
How is this resort

Vieux Crescente Resort and Marina will be located in a very exclusive
and stunningly beautiful area of Biloxi’s Back Bay. It is
the only development currently planned for this area, which is sought
after for its low-traffic and peaceful atmosphere.

Cuban-themed Havana and Bacaran Bay on Caillavet Street have announced
plans to develop nearby.
How are the residence
units being offered, and how many are available?
Phase One of the development will consist of more than 200 condominium
residences, a final number to be announced when all the design plans
are finished. These are being sold on a first-come basis. Plans
call for the development of a Phase Two tower following closely
behind the sales of Phase One.
Are all the residences
the same size?
No. Purchasers may choose between various floor plans ranging in
size from 1213 square feet to over 1900 square feet. Two-, three-
and four-bedroom units will be available.
What is required
